Orders being shipped to addresses within Texas are charged 8.25% sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of Texas are not charged sales tax.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. For expedited or international shipments, please contact us at 214-357-2300 for a quote.
You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We offer gift wrapping and a card for an additional $5 per item. During the check out process you will have the opportunity to select this option.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in our products and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from Random. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise in it's original packaging with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available. Any/all available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and are applicable towards store merchandise only.
All returns may be made by the carrier of your choice or at our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Shipping charges must be prepaid by you for all returns and exchanges. Returns sent with shipping charges due will be refused at our dock.
To make a return or exchange, please complete and return the packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please call us at 214-357-2300 (10:30 - 6:00 p.m. CST) to obtain a return authorization number.

If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped by calling 214-357-2300 or emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already left our store, wait for it to arrive and then follow the return instructions enclosed. In the event that your order has already shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
We respect your privacy. Random never sells or distributes any customer information, under any circumstance, including the information of people subscribed to our email newsletter list.
Random uses Authorize.net, a secure and trusted payment source, for all online transactions. We do not collect or store any credit card information. Authorize.net uses industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server.
